Our Story

 1989

Operations Start

Dharma Capital begins its operations in the trade of staple grains (sorghum, corn, barley, beans, peas, etc.). We evolved into the production of products geared towards the bovine, poultry, and beer-making industries. Simultaneously, we delved  into the storage, conservation, and gathering of these products to satisfy the growing demand of the Mexican agricultural market.

 1992

CASCO

The group’s transportation holding company is created with the purpose of administering and becoming the control center for the various subsidiaries that make up CASCO. With this, it enters the people transportation industry in Mexico, quickly becoming the market leader due to the constant vertical and horizontal integration of various processes such as administration, operations, and maintenance of the different mobility solutions offered.

CASCO Autotransporte

This company is essential in building CASCO, as the government of Nuevo Leon, Mexico, grants it its first 25 public transport concessions. In subsequent years, CASCO, through this company, acquires other concessionary companies and consolidates its operational volume, reaching thousands of vehicles under management and becoming the market leader in this regard.

 1993

CASCO Service Center

Given the nature of mobility and the essential integration of maintaining productive assets in operation, CASCO creates a company to have an integrated service station with all necessary components, providing 24/7 comprehensive service for allied drivers. This includes roadside support in case of accidents and vehicle monitoring until full repair, offering preventive and corrective services, bodywork and paint, telemetry equipment installation, natural gas equipment, etc. This represents one of the major competitive advantages in the group’s mobility area.
